As part of your Entry (as defined below), you will be required to submit at least one, but no more than three (3) names on the following theme: “Propose a fun, clever, or funny name for the selected ForeShore Adventure Run obstacle.” Your proposed name(s) must not infringe on any third party rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, or patent, or create claims for idea misappropriation or breach of contract.

Entries must be received between January 10, 2020, at 12:00 A.M. EST and January 15, 2020, at 11:59 P.M. EST to be eligible for the Contest. Organizer’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Contest. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or proposed obstacle name for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to on-air, on the Website and/or on the ForeShore Adventure Run social media pages, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.

Participants can enter up to three (3) names, must be 18 years or older to enter. Other exclusions apply. No purchase necessary. The top three names will be selected by the organizers. From there, ForeShore Adventure Run Facebook fans will pick the winner. Facebook fans will vote in the comment section of the Facebook post from January 17, 2020, at 12:00 A.M. EST to January 22, 2020, at 11:59 P.M. EST. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or in association with Facebook. A winner will be announced on January 24, 2020, pending confirmation from the winner.

To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period go to the google form found at: https://forms.gle/QUT7YkhudQmLngbS9 and submit an entry that meets the following criteria: Only one entry per email, each entry must contain one name but may contain up to three (3) names. Entry must not contain material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, or racially or morally offensive as determined by organizers at their sole discretion.
